These terms govern your use of the Lexcade web and iOS applications. By creating an account or using Lexcade, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and notify support if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or use friend features to harass others.

Learning content

Lexcade provides educational practice and is not a certification or professional translation service. Language content may contain mistakes or regional differences. Please report suspected errors to support.

Availability

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lexcade. We aim to preserve learning progress, but uninterrupted availability and permanent retention cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership

Lexcade software, branding, original content, and interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service.

Account termination

You can delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, threaten the service, or harm other users.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lexcade is provided without guarantees about uninterrupted operation, learning outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where required, an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
